I have the prescription
Take a clear photo of the front of your prescription. We'll start preparing your medication right away. For most drugs, the photo is enough to get started — you hand us the original at delivery or drop-off.
Note: For controlled substances (opioids, benzos, stimulants), BC law requires us to hold the physical original before dispensing.
My doctor is sending it
Just give us your prescriber's name and clinic phone number. We'll call the office directly — by phone, fax, or courier. You don't need to follow up with the clinic yourself.
Works even if your doctor hasn't sent it yet. We'll coordinate the timing with their office.
Common questions
Do I need an account to fill a new prescription?
No. Just submit your details and we'll take care of everything. You can create a patient portal account later to track refills.
What if I don't have the prescription with me?
Choose the 'My doctor sent or will send it' option. Give us your prescriber's name and clinic phone and we'll call them directly to receive it.
Is the photo enough to dispense my medication?
For most medications yes — the photo lets us start preparing. For controlled substances (opioids, benzodiazepines, etc.) BC law requires us to hold the original before dispensing.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer free same-day delivery across Chilliwack, Sardis, Promontory, Vedder, and Yarrow.
Is there a cost to fill a new prescription?
Standard dispensing fees apply, covered by most BC drug plans including PharmaCare. We'll confirm your coverage before dispensing.
