Prescription Transfers
How do I transfer my prescription to Pill4Me?
Go to pill4.me/transfer, enter your name, phone number, and the name of your current pharmacy. We'll contact them on your behalf and get your prescription transferred — typically within the same business day. No paperwork, no phone calls on your end.
Can I transfer prescriptions from any pharmacy in BC?
Yes. We can accept transfers from any licensed pharmacy in British Columbia. If you have prescriptions at multiple pharmacies, you can transfer them all — just submit a separate transfer request for each pharmacy.
Do I need to create an account to transfer a prescription?
No. The transfer form is completely anonymous — you only need to provide your name, phone number, and current pharmacy. We'll text you a status link so you can track progress.
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are completed within 2–4 business hours. In some cases — particularly if we can't reach the originating pharmacy — it may take up to 1 business day. You'll receive a text message when it's done.
Will my original pharmacy know I'm leaving?
Yes — we're required by law to contact them to obtain a copy of your prescription. However, transferring a prescription is your right as a patient and very common. There's no penalty or fee from your current pharmacy.
Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next business day. There is no minimum order and no delivery fee.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere within Chilliwack, BC. If you're outside the city limits, contact us at hello@pill4.me and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You'll receive a text message when your order leaves the pharmacy, including an estimated delivery window. You can also track your order in the patient portal under 'My Orders'.
Blister Packs
What is a blister pack service?
A blister pack (also called a Dosette or compliance pack) is a pre-organized package of your medications. Your pharmacist sorts all your pills by date and time-of-day into individual sealed compartments. Instead of managing multiple bottles, you just pop out the right blister for the right time.
Who is blister pack service for?
Blister packs are popular with seniors, patients managing complex medication regimens (5+ medications), caregivers managing medications for a family member, and anyone who wants a simpler way to stay organized and avoid missed doses.
How do I sign up for blister packs?
Visit pill4.me/blister-packs and fill out the short sign-up form. One of our pharmacists will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your medications and set up your first pack.
Is there an extra charge for blister packs?
There is a small fee for the blister pack service. Contact us at 604-705-3644 for current pricing — it varies based on the number of medications. Many patients find the organization and peace of mind worth it.
Patient Portal
What can I do in the patient portal?
The portal lets you view your active prescriptions, request refills with one tap, track delivery status in real time, view your medication history, book appointments, and manage your notification preferences.
How do I sign in? Do I need a password?
No password needed. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure magic link. Click it to sign in instantly — works on any device, nothing to memorize.
Is the patient portal secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in Canadian data centres (Supabase ca-central-1), encrypted at rest and in transit, and protected by row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your records. We comply fully with PIPEDA.
Can I use the portal on my phone?
Yes — the portal is fully mobile-optimized and works on any modern browser (iOS Safari, Chrome, Firefox). A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.
Privacy & Your Health Data
What personal information do you collect?
For basic services (transfers, delivery), we collect only what's necessary: your name, phone number, and address. For the patient portal, we store your email and medication history (synced from WinRx). We never collect financial information — payments are processed directly through Clover.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information. We share data only where necessary to provide care (e.g. transmitting a prescription to a physician) or where required by law.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access and request deletion of your personal information. Email privacy@pill4.me with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and we'll process it within 30 days.
