Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Pill4Me Pharmacy Inc. (“Pill4Me”) wants everyone to be able to transfer a prescription, request a refill, read about their medication and reach a pharmacist, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement covers the public website at www.pill4.me.

2. Conformance Status

The public pages of www.pill4.me conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, with the exceptions listed under “Known Limitations” below. This is a self-assessment by Pill4Me; it has not been certified by an outside body.

3. How We Tested

• Every public page was checked with automated accessibility testing software against the WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rules, at desktop, phone and 320-pixel widths.
• Key pages and forms were worked through using only a keyboard, checking that every control can be reached, that it is always visible where the focus is, and that menus and dialogs open and close as expected.
• Pages were checked with larger text spacing and with reduced motion switched on.

The site was last tested on October 7, 2026. We re-test after significant changes to the site.

4. What We Have Built In

• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
• Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and controls that meet contrast requirements.
• Pages that work at 400% zoom and on small screens without sideways scrolling.
• Moving content that can be paused, and that stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Sign-in by emailed link, with no password to remember and no puzzle to solve.
• An accessibility toolbar (the round button in the bottom corner of each page) for adjusting contrast, text size and spacing.

5. Known Limitations

• Card payment form at shop checkout. The card fields are supplied by our payment processor. Two of its icons have no text description and its “secure payments” label has low contrast. If you have trouble paying online, call us and we will take your order by phone.
• Content from other providers. The map, the live chat window, the virtual clinic booking screen and the OAT clinic intake form are supplied by other organisations and shown inside our pages. We have not been able to assess them fully. Everything they offer is also available by phone.
• Patient portal. The signed-in patient portal has not yet been formally assessed. Refills, appointments and delivery can all be arranged by phone in the meantime.
• Assistive technology testing. The site has not yet been tested with people who use screen readers day to day. If you use one and something does not work, we would like to hear from you.

6. Other Ways to Use Our Services

Anything you can do on this website you can also do by calling 604-705-3644 or visiting the pharmacy. Our pharmacists can take transfers, refills and orders over the phone, read out medication information, and arrange free delivery in Chilliwack. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.

If you find something on this site that you cannot use, or that is harder than it should be, please tell us. It helps to know the page you were on and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply within two business days.
