Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligible items include:
- Over-the-counter (OTC) products
- Health & wellness items
- Non-prescription personal care products
- Vitamins & supplements (sealed only)
To qualify, items must be:
- In original packaging
- Unopened and unused
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Prescription medications
- Opened or used OTC products
- Temperature-sensitive or refrigerated items
- Special-order items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
These restrictions align with pharmacy-industry standards for product integrity and patient safety.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@pill4.me with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to:

Return shipping costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), Pill4Me Pharmacy will cover the cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
